Where do I start?  I’m not often lost for words, but I don’t know how to thank you enough for all the help you have given to the whole family whilst our daughter was in your care.  You were always willing to listen, to discuss yet remain true and honest to our daughter to help me to try to understand and you also taught me so much about myself as well as my daughter. 

My daughter will no doubt be the most amazing adult and she has been a remarkable child and adolescent – her coping skills improve daily and although we have the occasional set back she is without doubt a happier person with great understanding of herself and huge empathy for others.  Thank you for everything!
